| I'm honored to share the yellow bandana with Ms Maz!
I chose the town of Laramie because, after research, I found that Laramie was big enough to have two banks. The names of the banks in the story are the ones that were there back in the day. I did write more with the Kid meeting up late because of a posse. Heyes said it was his fault for not being on time with the dynamite. Curry was furious because he was only 2-3 minutes late. Timing was everything, along with a lot of luck for the arrogant outlaw's plan to succeed. That part of the story didn't flow so got chopped.
