| Hello everyone! A lucky seven of stories for you to cogitate over this month in the great bandanny give away. (Lucky gals ALREADY snuggled into a fleecy prize don't poll.) I am stunned and staggered by the variety of takes on the Forty Niner prompt. Are you gals clever clogs or what? The boys ask me to pass on that they too stand in awe of everyone who wrote and will be around to deliver grateful foot massages and to run steamy baths for all. (They are upstairs frothing the bubbles for me, right now. Don't forget I like a nice mug of tea when bathing, chaps.) So, hard though it is - pick the story that tickled or touched or intrigued you the most and give it your vote. Meow. | |

| Hello Gorgeous Gals all, Did everyone who wrote get their thank you visit and foot rub from the boys?? Good, good. They are now folding the - suddenly springlike daffodil embossed - bandanny into the magic saddlebags (along with a grand piano, two dozen deckchairs and a half load of lawn mulch) and setting out to deliver the most prized yellow award this side of the oscars. Once again the democratic process has digested, cogitated and pronounced. And the bandanny goes to... (Is she in her red carpet frock? Lippy on? Okay.) To... INSIDE OUTLAW Hearty applause on a well deserved win there! A grateful Cadbury's Creme Egg to everyone who played. Where would we be without you all! | |

| Gee, thanks everybody and thanks to all the other writers who keep this fun!
You can hardly imagine my surprise when a tall, dark, and handsome cowboy came strolling down the beach towards me. He's now comfortably lounging in the sun and sipping a whiskey. However, he's promised to spread my suntan oil next. He's missing his partner, but I understand that the Kid was unexpectedly delayed again.
Heyes said something about handcuffs and cells, so I guess it was serious. _________________ *****************
