Photos of Heyes & Kid & friends

Hello gang,

I have a collection of ASJ photos. Just as I am sure many of you have. However, one difference maybe, is I use mine to try out portrait repair techniques I use for my clients. I figure if I can improve/repair some of these old ASJ images, it makes might good practice for when I have to do it for clients portraits.

I have some nice quality images in my files of the guys because of my practicing and the other side of the coin is. . . well I enjoy making better images of them since we all know it is hard to find good quality images of our guys. The rub is. . . I never get to share them with anyone. Then I thought, why not, that is what the internet is for.

Consequently, I have been posting them to pinterest where you can then copy them to your own files if you wish.  

I have to admit I would love to hear some feedback. If y'all like this I will continue posting them in my spare time. Two more things, would you like me to let y'all know when I have posted a bunch of new ones? Lastly, if you have a favorite image you would like me to try and improve of the guys you can contact me directly too. Always up for a challenge.

What a lovely selection of pictures and I see where you try out different techniques.

Well, I am tickled y'all are enjoying these. I added some more today. The images today. These are from episode captures. I wasn't able to clean some of them up as much as I would like but I am a bit picky. But there are some really, really great expressions here.

Once I finish posting all the Heyes & Curry shots I have...I will start additional boards for their individuals.

Feedback is appreciated...and as I have said, if you have a favorite you would like to see what I can do with it...send it on over. Would love the challenger

I looked at the photos yesterday and again today.  Of course they look great--they're Heyes and Curry after all!    

But here's the thing, and I hope you don't mind me putting feedback here...  Other than the black-and-white or sepia-toned pics, I can't tell what you did to improve them, especially when there are different versions of the same image.  Did you just sharpen and improve the clarity, exposure, and color of the images?  Or did you do something more than that?  For me at least, I am really interested in knowing more specifically what you did.  So if you could either post that here, or PM privately if you prefer, that would be great--thanks!

These are really great, WR! There are so many pictures on here that I've never seen before and those were a treat. I liked the 'aged' photos a lot, too. Thanks so much for sharing.
