Sherlock (no spoilers)

It doesn't happen often (if at all) but yesterday the character of Magnussen made me shudder in front of the tv. He was SO scary and revolting... it's been a long while since a tv character had that effect on me.   I won't say much more because I know there are people on this board who watch the show and may not have seen the episode but... BRRRR... brace yourself for a Baddie with a capital B.

Ohh, hooray, another fan!    I watched it yesterday: Yeah, CAM is a good villain. Am about to watch it again tonight with subtitles so I can catch all the dialog--it's so fast-paced that it's hard for me to understand everything that's said. Feel free to PM me if you want to share your reactions to Series 3! (And, yippee, Series 4 has already been confirmed  !)

Magnussen was possibly the most disgusting villain I've seen on television. The actor was brilliant; he made the character truly loathsome. He actually made Moriarity 'cute' by comparison. I watched episode 1 twice already. I want to watch the other two again. Do either of you have a favorite episode out of the three? Mine is episode 2, which is a change because I thought the second episodes in the first two seasons were the weakest. (But I bet the reason I thought episode 2 was the best this year wouldn't be what you think).
Maybe we could have a Sherlock chat sometime.
