I am sure most of the community has heard, however, if you have not...I have released Crowe Legacy: Heat Rising (book one).
I am in a writer's contest, which I feel positive I will not win, but it is still exciting to try.
What happens is every time someone opens and reads my story the analytical on their site tracks it. By the way, I am 682 reads.
The analytics also track how fast a downloaded copy is read. To some of you --wow you are fast readers.
The last point the analytics track is reviews.
Through the three points the site masters decide if a book has produced enough interest for them to look into for publishing.
Seems like a fair way to look at it. If it is getting read, read quickly, and reviewed...there must be something there.
