| My favorite little two year old gal has been visiting, allowing me the opportunity to indoctrinate... I mean, she said she WANTED to watch an episode of ASJ with me. We snuggled up together on the couch and the show began. Suddenly, I heard her breath catch in a tiny gasp and she placed her hand over her heart. Is it possible, I thought to myself, that the timeless magic of "Kid Curry" has instantly captured the heart of yet another generation of my offspring? My question was immediately answered when my gal giggled and yelled out, "HORSIES!" Yep, honey, Grandma used to think it was the horsies she was lookin' at too! _________________ Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.

| So funny! Children do make us laugh. I suspect some of the ladies on here are still watching the horsies too! |

| AS&J is good for America because it brings families together. _________________ "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly."

| I have been introducing the show to my 10 year old niece...she seemed half-hearted about it in my opinion so after watching a couple, I did not bring it back up on her visits. And, she comes meandering over to my desk...."Aunt are we going to watch any of the cowboy show...I would like to see Hannibal." I grinned huge inside when I saw her from the corner of my eye fidgeting. I love it she remembers his name is Hannibal while looking at her toes. Ahhh the magic...another Heyes gal has been captured. _________________ Wichita Red, "I'm not really a rebel, but I take chances. I have a good time, and I live life the way I want to live it."

| Why'd you wait until 10, Wichita Red? I fell for that Hannibal when I was 9! Nice to hear from you - I've missed you. HW | |

| I will admit that when I first saw "Night of the Red Dog" I fell for Kid Curry (I was eleven or twelve at the time). When I rediscovered the show on youtube.com I spent a whole summer watching the entire series (well, up to "High Lonesome Country), that's when I figured out that I was a Heyes girl. _________________ "The only thing in life you have to earn is love, everything else you can steal." ~Hannibal Heyes

| From the very beginning I have been a Hannibal fan and it seems my niece it is the same way because every time that Mr. Smith shows up on my screen saver I hear her go, "oooohhhh" _________________ Wichita Red, "I'm not really a rebel, but I take chances.
