Maz - Another great ranch days story, I do love this series. Great dialogue all the way through carrying wonderful tension. I love these lines:

“What can I do?” Jed asked. His eyes fell on Nathan’s face; he was deathly pale, his eyes closed.

“Right now? I guess you could pray applause

The Second part of The Pain is on fanfic.net.

In case anyone is interested...not that I expect you to rush there and read it but put down that coffee and get over there now!
What do you mean you have to feed the kids? Sheesh they won't starve if they wait for twenty minutes.
Dogs? You have dogs? Well set them on the neighbour's kids..keeps the kids fit.

Okay..I may need to lie down in a dark basement.

I am in the process of making my own website for my stories.

http://mazmccoystories.wordpress.com/

It could take a while for me to upload them all as I figure out how the heck everything works but feel free to pop in and see the progress...just duck your head on the scaffolding and remember not to whistle at the workmen. Very Happy

There are two new Ranch Days stories filed in the New Stories section.
The Clementine Experiment and The Bull Rider.

I now have over 100 stories on the site...so if you have nothing to do one afternoon grab a cup of tea and a dippy biscuit and settle down with Kid and Heyes :)

100 stories and an afternoon?

Sounds more like a pot of tea or coffee and a box of biscuits or cookies. Or a bag of popcorn.
